Description

On one side, there's a family meal laid out on the familiar wooden table surface of the Vietnamese people, featuring the old-style Lai Thieu porcelain dishes and bowls, which are painted with beautiful memories deeply ingrained in the subconscious of the artist, Nguyễn Việt Cường. The family meal is the essence of happiness, love, bonding, and nurturing across generations. On the other side, there's a metal lunch tray used by workers during the period of isolation at the onset of the COVID outbreak, with a self-portrait by the artist portraying loneliness, coldness.
