Description

In March 2017, five families in Kampong Luong, Pursat decided to quietly leave the water by dinghy at nightfall. What else can they take with them, aside from their worries and dreams? Downstream (2017–2022) documents their final moments before leaving. I project them onto found aluminum boxes –  silent witnesses to this unknown journey down the Mekong.
