Description

Le livre des tables refers to a book by Victor Hugo where he transcribed his “conversations” with Spirits during his seances. He “spoke” with his dead daughter, Jesus, Mahomet, Racine, Napoleon, with Death, and with spirits who told him about a new religion encompassing Christianity but in a larger way like Christianity encompassed paganism in the past.
