Phạm Hà Ninh is a fine artist and art educator who graduated with a Master's degree Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (2018), and a BA in Painting at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts (2014).

Combining the language of painting and sculpture and sometimes experimenting with new technology mediums such as video and game, Ha Ninh’s art explores how we construct our understanding of territories from afar.  

Hà Ninh has been in residence at the Skowhegan School Of Painting & Sculpture (Maine), Yaddo (New York), Wassaic Project (New York),  Marble House Project (Vermont), and PLOP (London). His work has been reviewed on Hyperallergic, New American Paintings, and ArtandMarket, and recently represented by the gallery A+ Works of Art at S.E.A. Focus 2021 (Singapore)

He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Painting at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, and Associate Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam.
